South Florida Furniture Direct buys many direct truckload specials from NAME BRAND, trusted manufacturers. We also buy up some overstock & discontinued items from various factories and distributors. These products-- bedrooms, dining rooms, living rooms, mattresses, etc-- are some of the same products sold in national, big chain retail furniture & mattress stores. Our wholesale prices, however, are much lower than those of many retailers'. Combined with a low overhead operating structure, we are able to clear out these items out at 30-70% off what they would normally retail for in quality stores. All of our items are warranted from the manufacturer and come in the original packaging. Many customers are amazed at the quality for the price. It is the same level of quality as traditional High-Quality Home Furnishing stores. A: We do not have normal hours of operation like a store. Since we do not pay a high commission sale team we conduct business by appointment only. Monday –Friday we take appointments from 9am-8pm. Saturday and Sunday 9am-6pm. Why should the price of your furniture reflect the added HUGE expense of keeping a store open. We do open to the public a few times a year for a Warehouse Sale. A: Yes, we can arrange for delivery of your furniture or mattress to your home. We offer delivery and setup through a third-party professional delivery service. Rates are highly competitive, and vary depending upon the type of furniture and distance. Merchandise can always be picked up at our warehouse location (please call for pickup hours).
A: We accept cash, credit card, and debit card payments. If you would like to pay by check, we require 10 business days for the check to clear before merchandise can be picked up or delivered.

A: It usually takes us about 2 business days to process your order & arrange the freight company to pick up the merchandise. We usually get quotes from 2-3 different freight companies to assure you the lowest shipping price. After your order has shipped, it can take anywhere from 2-6 days to get your furniture, depending on what part of the country you live. For approximate schedules, click "Our Policies" for a map of the U.S. with color-coded shipping times. The customer is expected to have help available to carry the furniture indoors. Although, generally, help is provided by the delivery freight company, it should NOT be expected. You should have at least two people ready at the time of delivery to transport the furniture to the desired location. Some furniture pieces can be very heavy so transport the boxes carefully and read all instructions on the boxes before handling them.
A: You only have to pay sales tax if you are having the furniture delivered to a Florida address or if you are picking up the furniture directly from our distribution center in West Palm Beach, FL. All orders shipped out-of-state are exempt from FL sales tax.
A: We suggest that you call to set up an appointment or come to our next Weekend Sales Event at our Warehouse showroom if you would like to see the furniture before purchasing it.
